Getting Help
Seeking help is a big step toward improving the quality of your life. It is an investment of time and money that will likely produce accelerated personal growth and skills that will last a lifetime.

As a first step, we suggest that you give us a call. We will discuss your concerns. We’ll answer any questions you may have, and we’ll determine whether working together would be a good fit. If we are not the best professionals to help you, we may know where you can find the help you need.

During our initial sessions, we will clarify the full nature of your needs and develop a plan to bring about the changes desired. Working together, we will increase insight and develop strategies and skills to enable you to reach your goals.

All services are private and confidential, and provided in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, day and evening hours available. We can be reached by telephone at 610.644.8182.
